子处理商清单

我们（Layrax）通过以下类别的子处理商处理或存储个人信息。本清单随服务变化更新；重大新增将提前 30 天在本页公布，企业客户会另行收到通知，并可在变更生效前提出异议（见《DPA》第 4 条）。各子处理商均与我们签订书面协议，提供不低于《隐私协议》与 DPA 的保护标准。

1. 清单

  • 云基础设施托管：【请填写：如 AWS / Google Cloud，及数据处理区域（EU / US）】
  • AI 模型 API（隐私协议第 3 条 (b) 链路）：【请填写：如 OpenAI / Anthropic】 — 默认不用于训练，优先选用可签零保留（ZDR）的服务
  • 支付处理：【请填写：如 Stripe / 支付服务商】
  • 产品分析：PostHog（美国）— 仅在你同意「分析 Cookie」后才会加载（见《Cookie 协议》）
  • 邮件与通知：【请填写：如 Resend / SendGrid】

2. 说明

  • 你使用自备第三方 API Key 时（隐私协议第 3 条 (c) 链路），数据直接发送至该第三方、不经我们处理，因此其处理方不在本清单内。
  • 本清单的处理地点与跨境机制见《隐私协议》第 5 条（SCCs / IDTA / TIA 及各法域安排）。

Sub-processor List

We (Layrax) process or store personal information through sub-processors in the following categories. This list is updated as our services change; material additions are announced on this page 30 days in advance, enterprise customers are notified separately and may object before a change takes effect (see DPA Section 4). Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement providing protection no less stringent than our Privacy Policy and DPA.

2. Notes

  • When you use your own third-party API key (chain (c) of Privacy Policy Section 3), data is sent directly to that third party and not processed by us, so their processors are not listed here.
  • Processing locations and cross-border mechanisms for this list are described in Privacy Policy Section 5 (SCCs / IDTA / TIA and region-specific arrangements).
